Heutzutage haben wir alle ein Anti-Kratz-Visier auf. Und wenn die Sonne rauskommt, setzen viele von uns auch ein get\u00f6ntes Visier ein. Aber was ist legal und was nicht?<\/p>\n

Get\u00f6ntes Visier
\n<\/strong>Um legal zu sein, sollte ein get\u00f6ntes Visier nach einhelliger Meinung mehr als 50% an Licht durchlassen. Wenn es st\u00e4rker get\u00f6nt ist, ist es illegal - so die Faustregel. Die Dinge sind jedoch ein wenig komplexer als das (sind sie das nicht immer?!)<\/p>\n

Zun\u00e4chst einmal wurde die Polizei von der Association of Chief Police Officers angewiesen, - h\u00f6ren Sie sich das an - Gesunder Menschenverstand<\/em> wenn es um Fahrer geht, die get\u00f6nte Visiere benutzen (es muss ein Schaltjahr sein!). Das hei\u00dft, wenn das Visier tags\u00fcber und bei guter Sicht benutzt wird, ist das im Allgemeinen in Ordnung. Wird das Visier nicht unter angemessenen Bedingungen benutzt, gibt es in der Regel einen Klaps auf die Hand und eine strenge Standpauke. Ich sch\u00e4tze, dass Geschichten \u00fcber Polizisten, die Visiere am Stra\u00dfenrand abnehmen und Motorradfahrer auf die Stra\u00dfe schicken, keine gute PR sind (und potenziell unglaublich gef\u00e4hrlich), so dass sie zum Gl\u00fcck zur Vernunft gekommen zu sein scheinen. Ein Vorbehalt ist, dass die Polizeipolitik vom Winde verweht wird und sich von Dienststelle zu Dienststelle \u00e4ndert - es kann also sein, dass die Umsetzung im ganzen Land nicht ganz einheitlich ist.<\/p>\n

Das Verkehrsministerium schreibt vor, dass ein Visier mit dem Stempel \"Daytime use only\" versehen sein muss, wenn es nicht f\u00fcr die Nacht geeignet ist. Au\u00dferdem sollten sie ein E in einem Kreis (das internationale approval-Zeichen) zusammen mit der L\u00e4ndernummer (E11 f\u00fcr das Vereinigte K\u00f6nigreich) tragen. Get\u00f6nte Visiere sollten au\u00dferdem den Stempel BS4110:1979 oder die Richtlinie 89\/686\/EWG des Rates tragen.<\/p>\n

Jetzt, wo wir Teil der EU sind, m\u00fcssen get\u00f6nte Visiere jedoch nicht unbedingt Kitemark approved sein. Solange das Visier die europaweiten Normen \u00fcbertrifft, ist es in Ordnung.<\/p>\n

Anti-Kratz-Visier<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c4hnlich wie bei get\u00f6nten Visieren scheint es, dass Anti-Kratz-Visiere legal sind, solange sie die britische Norm \u00fcbertreffen. Sie sollten mit X, XA, YA oder ZA gestempelt sein, um zu zeigen, dass sie den einschl\u00e4gigen Vorschriften f\u00fcr Anti-Kratz-Visiere entsprechen. Wenn sie nicht gestempelt sind, sind sie nicht legal.
