Wir waren besonders daran interessiert, den Kauf eines Sturzhelms von FC-Moto zu testen, vor allem, weil wir in England ans\u00e4ssig sind und das Unternehmen seinen Sitz in Deutschland hat, und wir wollten wissen, wie lange es dauern w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n

Wie \u00fcblich wollten wir auch die R\u00fccksendung process testen, um zu sehen, wie gut sie den Austausch des Helms gegen eine andere Gr\u00f6\u00dfe handhaben und die damit verbundenen Kosten und Bearbeitungszeiten herauszufinden.<\/p>\n

Also gingen wir auf ihre Website und bestellten einen der von uns am besten bewerteten modularen Helme, den Caberg Duke, wobei wir die angegebenen Versandzeiten beachteten, die viel l\u00e4nger sind als bei den meisten anderen H\u00e4ndlern (5-7 Tage sind normal, k\u00f6nnen aber in der Hochsaison bis zu 10 Tage betragen!)<\/p>\n

Das ist passiert:<\/p>\n

Helm bestellt am 22. April<\/strong> gegen 14 Uhr.<\/p>\n

Der Helm wurde in den Warenkorb gelegt - die Portokosten wurden sofort mit 3,86 \u00a3 angegeben, stiegen aber sp\u00e4ter im process auf 6,23 \u00a3 an, als wir die Liefermethode ausw\u00e4hlten.<\/p>\n

Es war nicht ganz einfach, das Vereinigte K\u00f6nigreich in dem riesigen L\u00e4ndermen\u00fc zu finden, aber wenn Sie hartn\u00e4ckig bleiben, finden Sie es!<\/p>\n

Der Gesamtbetrag belief sich auf 126,80 \u00a3 oder 160,89 \u20ac.<\/p>\n

Beim Auschecken wurde ich auf die https-Zahlungsseite eines Drittanbieters - Wirecard - weitergeleitet, um die Transaktion durchzuf\u00fchren, aber es ging alles reibungslos \u00fcber die B\u00fchne.<\/p>\n

Unter 27. April<\/strong> 15.50 Uhr - der Status meiner Online-Bestellung hatte sich immer noch nicht ge\u00e4ndert (loggen Sie sich in Ihr FC-Moto-Konto ein, um dies zu sehen), also schrieb ich eine E-Mail, um nach der Bestellung zu fragen. Ich erhielt keine direkte Antwort, aber ich bekam E-Mails, in denen stand, dass meine Bestellung versandt wurde. Es sieht so aus, als h\u00e4tte ich sie mit prod dazu gebracht, etwas zu unternehmen, denn ich war noch innerhalb der angegebenen Versandzeit.<\/p>\n

Hinweis: Die Aktualisierungs-E-Mails werden mit englischem Text verschickt, aber die meisten anderen Standardtexte sind auf Deutsch, was nicht so toll ist.<\/p>\n

\"FC-Moto-Lieferungen\"<\/a>

Der Helm wurde geliefert Freitag 29. April<\/strong> um die Mittagszeit - er kam in einer einfachen Schachtel, in der sich die Helmschachtel ohne Verpackungsmaterial bewegte, um sie zu sichern - nicht ideal, aber der Helm war in der Markenhelmschachtel in Ordnung.<\/p>\n

Das bedeutet, dass es von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung 7 Tage gedauert hat, was mit den von FC-Moto angegebenen Lieferzeiten \u00fcbereinstimmt.<\/p>\n

Um den Helm f\u00fcr einen Umtausch mit FC-Moto zur\u00fcckzugeben, haben Sie 14 Tage Zeit, ihn ohne Angabe von Gr\u00fcnden zur\u00fcckzugeben.<\/p>\n

Also habe ich das pdf-R\u00fccksendeformular heruntergeladen, um die process zu versenden. Das Anklicken des E-Mail-Links, um ihnen mitzuteilen, dass ich das Paket zur\u00fcckschicken werde, hat jedoch nicht funktioniert. Au\u00dferdem ist das PDF-R\u00fccksendeformular in zweifelhaftem Englisch verfasst, so dass nicht alles ganz klar ist. Ich habe ihnen jedoch \u00fcber die Kontaktseite auf ihrer Website eine E-Mail geschickt und das Formular so gut wie m\u00f6glich ausgedruckt, ausgef\u00fcllt und in den Karton gelegt.<\/p>\n

Bei FC-Moto m\u00fcssen Sie f\u00fcr die R\u00fccksendung aufkommen.<\/p>\n

Hermes bot 11,34 \u00a3 inkl. MwSt. an - aber ich schloss die optionale Versicherung f\u00fcr einen Helm im Wert von 130 \u00a3 ab, die zus\u00e4tzlich 5,50 \u00a3 kostete.<\/p>\n

Der Gesamtbetrag belief sich auf 17,94 \u00a3 mit Mehrwertsteuer - wenn ich richtig gerechnet habe - f\u00fcr die R\u00fccksendung \u00fcber Hermes am 3. Mai<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Bis zum 11. Mai hatte ich noch keine R\u00fcckmeldung erhalten, ob die Bestellung gut angekommen war, also schrieb ich eine E-Mail, um den Status meiner Bestellung zu erfahren. Sie haben nicht geantwortet, also habe ich am 13. Mai erneut gemailt. Diesmal erhielt ich schnell eine Antwort, dass sie das Ersatzger\u00e4t nun verschickt haben und ich einen Tracking-Code per E-Mail erhalten sollte.<\/p>\n

Die R\u00fccksendung wurde f\u00fcnf Tage sp\u00e4ter per verfolgbarer DH zugestellt,\u00a0eintreffend am 18. Mai<\/strong>. Der Helm war offensichtlich neu und kam mit all dem erwarteten Zubeh\u00f6r.<\/p>\n

Obwohl die Fristen mit den Angaben auf der Website \u00fcbereinstimmten, schien die R\u00fccksendung eine ganze Weile zu dauern. Die erste Lieferung dauerte 7 Tage, was akzeptabel war, aber die 15 Tage Hin- und R\u00fcckreise f\u00fcr die R\u00fccksendung des falschen Helms und den Erhalt des neuen Helms kamen mir sehr lang vor. Wenn Sie Ihren Helm schnell bekommen wollen, w\u00fcrde ich es bei einem unserer anderen empfohlenen H\u00e4ndler versuchen - aber wenn Sie es nicht so eilig haben und eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl an Helmen haben wollen, ist FC-Moto genau das Richtige.
