Sei es am Unfallort, um die Kopfverletzungen zu beurteilen, oder in der Notaufnahme, um es dem Fahrer bequem zu machen und weitere Untersuchungen der Verletzungen durchzuf\u00fchren - der Helm muss abgenommen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Wie wir alle wissen, ist das manchmal leichter gesagt als getan; selbst wenn wir v\u00f6llig fit sind und es selbst machen, kann es ein ziemliches Ziehen und Ringen geben!<\/p>\n<p>Wenn also Rettungskr\u00e4fte einer anderen Person einen fremden Helm abnehmen, m\u00f6glicherweise in einer ung\u00fcnstigen Position an einem stark belasteten Unfallort, kann dies ein hohes Potenzial f\u00fcr weitere Komplikationen an Hals und Wirbels\u00e4ule bedeuten.<\/p>\n<p>Das hat einige Helmhersteller dazu veranlasst, ihre Helme mit dem so genannten EQRS (Emergency Quick Removal System) auszustatten, um das Abnehmen des Helms zu erleichtern und den Nacken weniger zu belasten.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_does_EQRS_work\"><\/span>Wie funktioniert die EQRS?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Im Wesentlichen handelt es sich um ein System, das das Herausziehen einiger Polster im Inneren des Helms erleichtert - und das, w\u00e4hrend der Helm noch getragen wird. Normalerweise bedeutet das, dass die Wangenpolster unten aus dem Helm herausgezogen werden k\u00f6nnen, ohne dass der Helm vorher abgenommen werden muss.<\/p>\n<p>Durch das Entfernen der Wangenpolster steht mehr Platz zum vorsichtigen Abnehmen des Helms zur Verf\u00fcgung, so dass der Kopf nicht mehr so stark bewegt werden muss, was zu Verletzungen f\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n<p>Ob ein Helm EQRS hat, k\u00f6nnen Sie an der Unterseite des Helms erkennen. An der Unterseite des Innenfutters befinden sich in der Regel ein paar rote Laschen, die man anfassen kann, um die Wangenpolster aus dem Helm zu ziehen.
