M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de eso, normalmente buscamos alguna otra prueba -como SHARP o Snell- que nos d\u00e9 una idea de su rendimiento durante un impacto.<\/p>\n<p>Desgraciadamente, el Icon Variant no ha sido probado por ninguno de los dos laboratorios de seguridad; aunque podemos ver en el <a href=\"http:\/\/billyscrashhelmets.co.uk\/es\/todo-sobre-el-esquema-de-seguridad-del-casco-afilado\/\">SHARP<\/a> que el \u00fanico otro casco de fibra de vidrio Icon probado hasta la fecha era el <a href=\"http:\/\/billyscrashhelmets.co.uk\/es\/icon-airframe-pro-full-face-motorbike-crash-helmet-review\/\">Icon Airframe<\/a> que obtuvo una respetable puntuaci\u00f3n de cuatro estrellas sobre cinco.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, esa no era realmente la misma construcci\u00f3n\/materiales que la Icon Variant de carbono\/fibra de vidrio\/Dyneema, por lo que no es directamente comparable.<\/p>\n<p>Echemos un vistazo al resto de caracter\u00edsticas de seguridad que ofrece el Icon Variant.<\/p>\n<p>La construcci\u00f3n de la calota del casco es bastante ex\u00f3tica y es la primera vez que vemos que se utiliza Dyneema como parte de la calota de un casco. O, al menos, es la primera vez que un fabricante menciona el nombre espec\u00edficamente, aunque hay muchos otros... <a href=\"http:\/\/billyscrashhelmets.co.uk\/es\/tag\/termoplastico\/\">termopl\u00e1sticos<\/a> en uso en carcasas de cascos por ah\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Para los que no lo sep\u00e1is (\u00a1nosotros tampoco!), el Dyneema es un termopl\u00e1stico de polietileno de muy alta resistencia que, seg\u00fan la wikipedia, tiene la mayor absorci\u00f3n de impactos de todos los termopl\u00e1sticos y es muy resbaladizo. Sin embargo, un par de propietarios han afirmado que funciona bastante bien, y proprobablemente tambi\u00e9n ayuda el hecho de que la visera est\u00e9 un poco alejada de la cara.<\/p>\n<p>Ese visor tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 libre de distorsiones y es muy amplio - para improve la visi\u00f3n perif\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>El casco est\u00e1 asegurado con un <a href=\"http:\/\/billyscrashhelmets.co.uk\/es\/sujeta-cascos-de-motocicleta-de-doble-anillo\/\">cierre de anillo doble D<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">\n<h2 style=\"display: inline;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Helmet_Noise\"><\/span>Ruido del casco<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h6 style=\"display: inline;\"><span style=\"color: #4db2ec;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/billyscrashhelmets.co.uk\/es\/cascos-anti-ruidos-y-silenciosos-para-motocicletas\/\"> (m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre el ruido de los cascos)<\/a><\/span><\/h6>\n<\/div>\n<p>Los propietarios con los que hemos hablado afirman que el control del ruido del casco del Icon Variant es entre bueno y muy bueno.<\/p>\n<p>El casco ha sido dise\u00f1ado en t\u00fanel de viento y tiene un acolchado interior decente, junto con un ajuste estrecho. Adem\u00e1s, no se utiliza para circular a gran velocidad (v\u00e9ase m\u00e1s abajo), lo que contribuye a crear un casco que, en opini\u00f3n de muchos usuarios, es muy c\u00f3modo de llevar. <a href=\"http:\/\/billyscrashhelmets.co.uk\/es\/tag\/tranquilo\/\">particularmente tranquilo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lee tambi\u00e9n nuestra secci\u00f3n sobre aerodin\u00e1mica para obtener m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n al respecto, pero es de esperar que si recorres mucha distancia a alta velocidad con el Icon Variant, el ruido del viento empeore. Pero si te lo tomas con calma, todo ir\u00e1 bien.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">\n<h2 style=\"display: inline;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ventilation\"><\/span>Ventilaci\u00f3n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h6 style=\"display: inline;\"><span style=\"color: #4db2ec;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/billyscrashhelmets.co.uk\/es\/ventilacion-casco-de-motocicleta\/\"> (m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre la ventilaci\u00f3n del casco)<\/a><\/span><\/h6>\n<\/div>\n<p>El Icon Variant cuenta con seis rejillas de ventilaci\u00f3n delanteras para la entrada de aire y cuatro traseras para extraer el aire viciado.<\/p>\n<p>Las ventilaciones de la barbilla se abren\/cierran con la peque\u00f1a corredera vertical situada en el centro de la parte exterior de la mentonera.
