En primer lugar, resulta que Shoei lleva fabricando cascos para motociclistas desde 1959. Por alguna raz\u00f3n pens\u00e9 que eran bastante nuevos. En segundo lugar, en realidad son japoneses cuando yo pensaba que eran alemanes. Supongo que es s\u00f3lo que el nombre parece un poco alem\u00e1n. Un poco como siempre pens\u00e9 que Arai eran italianos (en realidad son japoneses tambi\u00e9n).<\/p>\n<p>Siempre he sido un fan de los Shoei. La primera vez que pude comprarme un casco de m\u00e1s de 50 libras, el Shoei fue el que mejor me quedaba y supongo que desde entonces me he quedado con \u00e9l. Tienen forros gruesos y el sistema de trinquete del casco es fant\u00e1stico: realmente sencillo y positivo de usar y tiene un mecanismo de liberaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida (el mejor que he encontrado) que resulta muy pr\u00e1ctico a la hora de limpiar la suciedad. En algunos cascos acabas dejando la visera puesta cuando la limpias, pero con el Shoei la quitas r\u00e1pidamente, la pasas por el grifo, la limpias y la vuelves a poner, todo en menos de un par de minutos.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo corporativo de Shoei es intentar dominar el sector de los cascos de moto \"premium\". En la actualidad dicen tener \"m\u00e1s del 50%\" del mercado mundial, centr\u00e1ndose principalmente en Europa y EE.UU. (\u00a1no necesariamente en ese orden!). En el Reino Unido, el importador oficial es una empresa llamada Feridax.
