Che sia sul luogo dell'incidente per valutare le lesioni alla testa o al pronto soccorso per mettere il motociclista a suo agio e fare ulteriori indagini su eventuali lesioni, \u00e8 necessario togliere il casco.<\/p>\n<p>Come tutti sappiamo, a volte \u00e8 pi\u00f9 facile a dirsi che a farsi; anche quando siamo in piena forma e lo facciamo da soli, pu\u00f2 essere necessario tirare e lottare un po'!<\/p>\n<p>Quindi, per il personale di emergenza che rimuove un casco sconosciuto da un'altra persona, magari in una posizione scomoda in una scena dell'incidente altamente carica, questo pu\u00f2 significare che c'\u00e8 un'enorme possibilit\u00e0 di causare ulteriori complicazioni al collo e alla colonna vertebrale.<\/p>\n<p>Questo ha portato alcuni produttori di caschi ad aggiungere ai loro caschi un sistema chiamato EQRS o sistema di rimozione rapida d'emergenza, per facilitare la rimozione dei caschi e ridurre lo sforzo sul collo.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_does_EQRS_work\"><\/span>Come funziona l'EQRS?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In sostanza, si tratta di un sistema che facilita l'estrazione di alcune imbottiture all'interno del casco e che consente di farlo mentre il casco \u00e8 ancora indossato. Di solito, ci\u00f2 significa estrarre i guanciali dalla parte inferiore del casco senza dover prima rimuovere il casco.<\/p>\n<p>Rimuovendo i guanciali si ha pi\u00f9 spazio a disposizione per rimuovere con cura il casco, riducendo al minimo la necessit\u00e0 di muovere troppo la testa e di provocare lesioni.<\/p>\n<p>Per sapere se un casco \u00e8 dotato di EQRS, basta guardare la parte inferiore del casco. Di solito ci sono un paio di linguette rosse nella parte inferiore del rivestimento che possono essere afferrate per estrarre le guance dal casco.
